This farmhouse is settled on the top of a hill placed in the green Tuscany country, near the street linking Val di Chiana to Val d'Orcia. It is constituited of an ancient house built during the last period of 18th century, carefully restored, keeping the classic country style, following perfectly the old Tuscan tradition; the farmhouse is surrounded by clay's calanques and from 27 hectare (about 67 acres) of farm, filled with woods and olives. The main structure, originally made of stone and created in 1789, is composed of a patriarchal house (where the house owner lives) and from an internal courtyard, also entirely made of stone, on which two apartments appear, while the other two, instead, appear on the swimming-pool (6x12 metres), a true terrace on the landscape.
