Since 1926 this farmhouse has been situated in the flourishing countryside of Cosona, a few kilometres from Pienza, San Quirico and Montalcino in one of the most beautiful agricultural areas of Tuscany. Today it is a working farm producing cereals and extra virginal olive oil. The building used for farm holidays (the owner's family live there, too) stands on a hill viewing at the Orcia valley, which is characterised by swaying and delicate hills with their extraordinary colours that are changing with the seasons. The house (IS POSSIBLE TO RENT ONLY THE WHOLE PROPERTY) is composed of four flats capable to receive from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 persons. The apartments are furnished in typical Tuscan style, all framed with splendid exposed wooden beams and with Tuscan cotto floor tiling. One of the flats is equipped to the needs of handicapped. Each bedroom has its own bath with shower and services. The working farm also offers a common room (for groups that book all the apartments), which in front has a breathtaking view of Monte Amiata, with fireplace, kitchen equipped for up to 15 persons and a bathroom. In the wide external space that surrounds the working farm, there are areas equipped with garden furniture for each apartment and at disposal of all the guests: a swing and toys for children, mountain-bikes, a barbecue and during the summer season a big swimming pool (9x4.30 ms).
