The farmhouse is situated at 1 km from the historical center of Montepulciano in a charming position from which you can admire the old town of Montepulciano, the Valdichiana valley, Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of the Umbro-Marche appennines. The farm has an area of approximately 10 hectares, of which 5 are vinyard, 1 olive grove and 4 a fruit grove producing exclusive plums, delicious local fruit. The whole land is considered protected faunistic area, in which hares and pheasants live wild. There are five appartments made up of a living/dining room with cooking area and one to three bedrooms depending on the size of the appartment. There is satellite TV and autonomous heating in each appartment. There is also a swimming pool (14m x7) which is free for the guests and a barbecue area. There is also a laundry, where one can wash clothes as well as iron. The car park is under a shady roofing. No pets allowed.
