The hotel is located in the village of S. Albino, a few kms from Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme, and can easily be reached from the motorway or by train. It has an ideal position inmidst the green and the Tuscan hillsides, close to the centres of art, history and culture. The affectation in satisfying the customer's greater convenience, together with a certain genuine and familiar spirit, make it possible to spend a pleasant and cosy stay at the hotel . You will find yourself in an area where nature and art are always present. The rooms are designed with great care (we have 2 single and 16 double rooms), apart from the tranquillity they offer any kind of comfort: each room disposes of TV, private bathroom and telephone. Our guests can use the solarium, the elevator, the private parking place and the garage on request, all is suitable for handicapped, too. A spacious, well equipped garden is surrounding the villa, with a playing area for the children. Bar-restaurant with home made specialities. Next to the kitchen in the family style, with its delicious home made pasta, our guests can find exclusive wine and olive oil and other very good products from our own fields. Since long we have been partners of the thermal spa of Montepulciano, the spa centre which is using the curing effects of the local water known over the centuries. The spa of Montepulciano also offers a very recent fitness and wellness centre.
